Takataro Satome (voiced by Yuichi Nakamura) is an ordinary high school student living in the extremely cheap room 106 of the Kolana Apartment, leading a peaceful life. What Takataro never anticipated was that one day, his calm life would be completely changed by the appearance of a girl. The girl's name is Yukihon Manasa (voiced by Eri Suzuki), and her true identity is actually a ghost residing in room 106.
