Ah Qi (played by Zhang Zhilin) returns as a professional hitman who instills fear in the underworld. In his childhood, Ah Qi witnessed his father being killed by his subordinate, Brother Fa. Since his debut at seventeen, Ah Qi has viewed himself as a weapon of the underworld and has never sought revenge against Brother Fa. This time, Ah Qi is assigned a task by a mysterious employer to kill Brother Fa's new girlfriend. In a flash, Ah Qi injures Brother Fa and escapes with his girlfriend by jumping into the sea.
