Based on true events. In 1983, Georgia was still a Soviet republic. Two young individuals from elite families, Nika and Ana, are anxiously preparing for their wedding. However, for both of them and their arriving friends, such a grand wedding is merely part of their plan—they are plotting to escape the Soviet Union. Just the day after the wedding, this group of young people embarks on their craziest scheme: hijacking a local flight from Tbilisi to Batumi, forcing it to land in Turkey, thus reaching a country outside the Eastern Bloc. But as the plane slowly leaves the horizon, everything seems to spiral out of control
