Yang Jia (played by Liu Shishi), a promotional planner at a film company, falls ill and her life hangs by a thread. The programmer Liu Tong (played by Hu Xia), who has a secret crush on her, decides to fulfill her dreams in the name of time travel each time she wakes up from a coma, so that she won't have any regrets. However, Liu Tong's efforts do not go smoothly; he faces unexpected situations that lead to mistakes, as well as obstacles and revelations from his rival, Yin Zhe (played by Da Zuo). Liu Tong does his utmost to outsmart numerous difficulties, only to find the results completely unexpected—Yang Jia is not really sick; she is pretending to be ill to deal with her boss's harassment.
