The series of murder cases has left the police in a state of turmoil as they try to find the true culprit while also guarding against media coverage of these seemingly bizarre cases. Liao Zhi Biao (played by Zheng Ze Shi) is a reporter who is very curious about the cases and accidentally meets the eyewitness Lin An Zhi (played by Zhu Bao Yi). Lin An Zhi's testimony confirms Liao Zhi Biao's various speculations about the case, and he suspects that the true culprit behind it may very well be a brutal vampire. Actually, the vampire has been lurking around Liao Zhi Biao all along. He took a photo of it and published it in the newspaper, only to be complained about by the police. After that, Liao Zhi Biao encounters the vampire several times but the latter repeatedly escapes. Liao Zhi Biao discovers that the vampire is targeting Lin An Zhi and goes to protect her. A fierce battle ensues between the two sides, but fortunately, justice ultimately triumphs over evil.
