Police officer Cheung Kin-yeh (played by Simon Yam) takes a statement from a suspect, Kwan Ping-man (played by Shawn Yue), who was caught peeping in a women's restroom. Kwan denies the charges but claims to have overheard several women discussing the use of a strange drug to kill all bad men. Although Kin-yeh finds this absurd, he records the statement anyway. Later that night, a colleague informs Kin-yeh that Kwan's statement has gone missing. When Kin-yeh records Kwan's statement again, he strangely admits to peeping in the restroom, leading Kin-yeh to suspect that police officer Fang Tsz-ching (played by Lau Siu-ming) may be involved and decides to investigate further. Meanwhile, Fang meets Kin-yeh's wife (played by Louise Wong) in the women's restroom, hoping she can convince her husband to stop pursuing the case.As Kin-yeh continues his investigation, he receives news that Kwan has gone missing, and Kwan's ex-wife, Pan Siu-yuan (played by Poon Bing-bing), appears at the same time. Kin-yeh, whose relationship with his wife (played by Louise Wong) has been growing more strained, ends up having an affair with Pan Siu-yuan while comforting her over the loss of her husband. It is only when Kin-yeh's wife discovers her husband's infidelity that she reveals her own secret...
