Dehua (played by Andy Lau) enjoys playing cards and makes a living from it, known for his excellent card skills and good conduct. His girlfriend Yongqi (played by Gigi Leung), who has been in a relationship with him for many years, has poor card ethics and thus has never been able to marry Dehua, leaving her frustrated.
