The story follows a high school girl, Mako, who suffers from校园暴力. She discovers a children's book about ninjas called "Thunder Wind Blade" in the library, which becomes her only source of solace. The ninjas, Shiro and Yua, from the book appear before her and take her back to the Edo period.
