In 1942, 11-year-old Joseph (played by Joseph Weismann) is at the innocent and carefree age. On a June morning, Joseph, wearing a shirt adorned with little yellow stars, is excitedly heading to school. The old junk dealer neighbor encourages him to do well in class, while the baker jokes with him. His Jewish friends and families live and study in Montmartre. Even though this is an occupied area of France, they still have temporary refuge. However, this brief happiness and tranquility soon crumbles. On the morning of July 16, 1942, in a winter bike racing track near the Eiffel Tower, 13,000 victims were brutally captured together, preparing to be sent to the Pona La Roland concentration camp. The film is based on true events.
