Milan Maric will play the famous Soviet satirist Sergey Duplatoff. The film focuses on the brief six days of Duplatoff's life, portraying the political chill and turbulence of the Soviet Union in the 1970s. Duplatoff will fight to defend his talent and independence, while his artist friends drift away from him. The only person standing by his side is his friend Joseph - the future Nobel Prize winner Joseph Brodsky.
