In the late Ming Dynasty, treacherous officials held power, and the loyal general of the court was framed and had his home raided, leaving only his young son Yuan Chengzhi (played by Yuan Biao) to escape. Sixteen years later, Yuan Chengzhi grows up and inadvertently obtains a martial arts manual and a treasure map, embarking on a treasure hunt. During this journey, he witnesses the collusion of officials and bandits in the Ming Dynasty, causing the people to suffer, and influenced by his father, he seeks a path to strengthen the nation. Along the way, he meets the like-minded wealthy merchant Dorgon, and they form a partnership.
