Detailed introduction

This film (drama)Also known as无限生机,is aMainland ChinaProducerbeauty live,At2005Released in year 。The dialogue language isMandarin Chinese,Current Douban rating9.2(For reference only)。
This drama is referred to as the Chinese version of "ER." Featuring the original cast from "Criminal Investigation Team 6," this time the police have transformed into doctors. The female lead, Wang Qian, recently stated in an interview that after witnessing so much life and death in the hospital, she is considering taking a break from acting. The director of "Infinite Vitality" is the renowned Xu Qingdong, who has consistently produced high-rated TV dramas in recent years. He continues to collaborate with the team from "Criminal Investigation Team 6," "A Pair of Embroidered Shoes," and other series. In this drama, the poised policewoman Wang Qian transforms into the astute Dr. Su. Yesterday, in an interview, Wang Qian shared that filming "Infinite Vitality" was quite challenging. Months before filming began, the director led the main cast and other creative team members to intern at Beijing's 120 Emergency Center, Friendship Hospital, and Chaoyang Hospital, where dozens followed ambulances to assist patients and observe large emergency surgeries. During this immersive experience, Wang Qian worked night shifts in the emergency room, saying, "Whenever a bunch of patients arrived at night and there weren't enough doctors, I really stepped in." During her internship, she helped shave the heads of patients with head injuries, applied pressure to stop bleeding, and rushed older patients with breathing difficulties to the emergency room, experiencing all the situations depicted in "ER." So, when a crew member suddenly fainted on set and everyone was in chaos, Wang Qian stepped forward to "diagnose" and effectively treated the person. "Infinite Vitality" began filming last October, with the crew constructing a complete hospital in Tongzhou, equipped with all necessary departments and facilities. Wang Qian mentioned that the story's style is somewhat similar to "Criminal Investigation Team 6," featuring seven cases each episode, interweaving at least three severe patients with over four minor ones in various emergency stories. The two biggest challenges during filming were the weather, as they had no heating at the filming location, enduring the coldest days in Beijing this year at the hospital, with actors crying from the cold and swearing never to act again, and specific professional rescue processes, as the director was very strict, requiring every scene to be reviewed by emergency experts. As a result, scenes often had to be reshot due to minor details not being correct. This way, filming stretched over four and a half months. Wang Qian stated that this experience left her very exhausted, and after witnessing so much life and death in the hospital, she plans to take a break from acting for half a year. Wang Qian expressed that her biggest takeaway from this drama is that everyone should learn some "first aid knowledge," saying, "Actually, if you learn for just two or three days, it can make a huge difference at critical moments. A small action of yours could decide someone else's life or death, especially for young people who have older relatives." For the time being, Wang Qian intends to take a break and focus on learning foreign languages.
