In a little-known corner of Earth lies the ruins of an ancient civilization—Paraji. Paraji serves as a supreme seal, cutting off the terrifying road to hell. On this day, driven by rampant desires, the character Karasaki (played by Michael Fujioka) breaks the seal, bringing the terrifying demonic beast Seigoku into the human world. The righteous messenger X Ultraman steps up, only to find himself surrounded by Seigoku's hellish light, ultimately disappearing.
