Wah (Andy Lau) is a small-time gangster who enjoys the thrill of racing, riding his electric bike all day. Reluctantly, he becomes involved in a robbery, and when the police suspect him and start pursuing, he kidnaps a wealthy girl, Jojo (Wu Qianlian). Unexpectedly, despite their vastly different social statuses, they quickly fall in love. Jojo follows Wah despite her family's objections.
