In a car accident, the mother dies, but the child miraculously survives, rescued while naked, only to find that the rescuer is his future self. This librarian named Henry (played by Eric Bana), suffers from a chronic condition called time displacement, causing him to time travel every time he has an episode. Moreover, he often travels in the nude, leading to many embarrassing situations, which he eventually becomes accustomed to. By chance, he falls in love with a girl named Clare (played by Rachel McAdams). To pursue Claire, he time travels to confess his feelings to 6-year-old Clare and promises to marry her in the future. As a result, when Henry appears in reality, they quickly fall in love, get married, and have a daughter. However, Henry's old problem cannot be changed, so Claire must adapt to her time-traveling husband, and they endure many hardships together… This film is adapted from the bestselling novel of the same name by American author Audrey Niffenegger.
