The story takes place on Christmas Eve, where, immersed in a strong Christmas atmosphere, everyone temporarily puts aside their work to enjoy the joy of reunion with their families. George (Michel Blanc) seems to be the only emergency doctor still working in the city; he receives an urgent call for help and rushes to the patient's home. However, on the way, he is accidentally hit by a delivery cyclist, Malik (Hakim Jemili). Although he doesn’t suffer any serious injuries, it triggers George’s old problem—sciatica. Reluctantly, Malik takes over George’s duties as a temporary doctor and heads to the patient's home, while George guides him on how to provide treatment over the phone. Will this remote-controlled treatment go smoothly?
