In the late 1980s, the young Yokodao Seinosuke (played by Takanori Iwata), born in a seaside town, appears dazed on the streets of Tokyo. Just like his somewhat strange name, Seinosuke seems to naturally stand apart from the modern metropolis, but this inherently optimistic and straightforward big boy quickly adapts to his new life.
