In the 1990s, when telephones and computers were not widely available, a boy (played by Huang You Nan) searches through the radio for his love at first sight, Wang Jiaxin. However, the name Wang Jiaxin is very common, and he finds one "Wang Jiaxin" (played by Wu Qian Yu), but she is not his destined soulmate. "Wang Jiaxin" thinks the boy's search is silly and naïve, but she is gradually moved by his sincerity, leading to a budding romance. This film is based on an original story by director Liu Wei Heng and tells the story of the male protagonist searching for a girl named Wang Jiaxin in Hong Kong in the 1990s.
