During the late Qing Dynasty, Huang Feihong (played by Wang Qun) became famous as a representative of the Southern Shaolin martial arts in the Foshan area. One day, Huang, along with his disciples Liang Kuan (played by Tan Qiao) and Ya Cha Su (played by Huang Yishan), went to Guangzhou to meet his Aunt Thirteen (played by Guo Xiuyun), who was returning from the United States. While passing a railway construction site, they encountered the project manager, Shiyi Shao, who treated them rudely without reason, leading to a conflict. Shortly after, Huang intervened to stop Shiyi Shao's reckless behavior in the busy market, deepening their animosity. However, he gained the admiration of the local people, who urged him to open "Baozhilin" to teach and help others. On the day of the opening, Shiyi Shao sent a lion dance team to create chaos and attempted to harm Huang through the hands of foreigners. However, due to his lack of skill, Shiyi Shao's conspiracy failed. As the head of the Guandi Hall, Shiyi Shao, with the backing of the governor, secretly engaged in crimes such as opium and human trafficking, always viewing Huang as a significant threat that needed to be eliminated. Later, upon learning that Huang was in contact with anti-Qing activists, he reported Huang to the governor, who imprisoned him and subjected him to humiliation. Many people rushed to save Huang, and when the governor was pressured by the foreigners, he had no choice but to release him but ordered Huang and his companions to be expelled from Guangzhou. Huang felt deeply aggrieved and, passing the railway construction site, learned of Shiyi Shao's crimes of human trafficking. To uphold justice and rescue Ya Cha Su, he boldly entered the tiger's den.
