This film won the International Critics' Week Award at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. Directed by Argentine filmmaker Santiago Mitre, it explores the issue of sexual violence from an unusual perspective. To pursue her political ideals, Paulina abandons a promising career as a lawyer to teach in a poor border town near her hometown. The difficulties at work do not deter her ideals, but Paulina is raped on her way home late at night, including by one of her students. Facing the dilemma of whether to accuse or forgive, she struggles with her commitment to social reform and the responsibility for violence.
