Kanti Sharan Mudgal is a devotee of Lord Shiva who runs a shop in a temple and lives happily with his family. He is shocked to discover that his son Vivek has been hospitalized and that the doctor only wants to speak to him. After consulting with the doctor, Kanti learns from Vivek's friend Zahil that Vivek took pills to increase his penis size after classmates questioned his size, which led to his hospitalization. Kanti convinces Vivek to return to school, but after a video of him masturbating goes viral online, he receives a resignation letter from the village. Kanti's world takes a dramatic turn. As this video spreads widely in society, everyone avoids his family, causing a complete upheaval. Since Kanti is a devoted follower of Lord Shiva, a messenger sent to help him during his difficult times roams the area as a vagabond. Kanti gathers courage to sue Vivek's school and others who bear the same responsibility, petitioning the court to mandate sexual education in schools to prevent children from going astray.
