Pang Ho-cheung attempts to explain the confusions or paths in modern life through his "Trouble."   Public Morality   Jason (played by Edison Chen) tells a beauty named Shirley (played by Zheng Rong) in a bar that he is quite public-spirited. Every time he urinates, he also flushes away the fecal remnants in the toilet, truly helping the cleaners a lot.   Keeping the Holiday   Ah Fu (played by Eason Chan) and Hui Ying (played by Chen Yi Ning) begin living together a month after they meet, but Ah Fu is shocked to find that Hui Ying opposes premarital sex. This causes Ah Fu great torment since he sleeps with Hui Ying every night. Finally, on one Christmas, they find another way to solve the problem.   Value Adding   Ah Ze (played by Chapman To) often goes to hotels for sex work through the introduction of Ming Ge, about whom he has never even seen. Once, Ah Ze is introduced by Ming Ge to a hotel with a girl from Shanghai (played by Zhang Zheng). After they are done, the girl asks Ah Ze to help her recharge her phone card because she doesn't understand Cantonese. Ah Ze then goes to a noodle shop across from the hotel where the girl often visits, suddenly remembering that Shanghai girl who came to Hong Kong to make a living.   Johnny Da   Huang Sheng (played by Kam Pui Tat) is a VIP of a killer group. One time, the killer group gives him a gift certificate that allows him to kill someone for free, but the person they send for the free kill will be a trainee killer, to serve the purpose of practice. Lok Jai (played by Shawn Yue) is one of the trainees who is assigned to kill the manager of a bowling alley. At a critical moment, Lok Jai’s shift ends.   Big Head Ah Hui   Student Ah Qi (played by Dance Li) and Big Head Ah Hui (played by Gillian Chung) are good friends. Car mechanic Fei Ying (played by Mike He) pursues Ah Hui, and Ah Hui asks for Ah Qi's opinion. Ah Qi casually says it's good because she thinks Ah Hui will stop bothering her after dating. Ah Hui really starts dating. Soon after, Ah Hui becomes pregnant with Fei Ying's child and plans to ask Ah Qi for money to have an abortion, but Ah Qi, needing to save money to travel with her boyfriend, suggests Ah Hui marry Fei Ying instead. Ah Hui actually marries him. Later, Ah Qi also has a child; her boyfriend leaves her, leaving Ah Qi as a single mother. After marrying, Fei Ying's career soars, and Ah Hui becomes the happiest woman.   De Ya Star   Magazine employee Ah Chi (played by Kwan Chi Bun) lies to make his girlfriend De Ya happy, telling the magazine editor (played by Sam Lee) that he has named a celestial body after her, which becomes officially known as De Ya Star. Later, the residents who immigrated to De Ya Star carry a religious sense of original sin regarding this naming. It seems that the name of this planet, like their living space, was obtained through deception.   Force Majeure   Professor Chen (played by Chan Fai Hung) and his wife (played by Tian Rui Ni) have always lived a happy life. Recently, due to trivial matters in life, they have quarreled, and their relationship has worsened. Thus, they decide to see a psychologist (played by Lam Hoi Fung) to unravel the confusions in their marriage. In the end, they discover that even though they are together day and night, there is a deep chasm hidden between them.
