Yahan and Yaming are both hospital workers. Due to their diligence and sense of justice, one day, Yahan accidentally discovers Dr. Liang in a secret conversation with a patient's family member, He Tai, and starts to have doubts. His girlfriend, Li Yuzhi, informs him that He Tai has unfortunately passed away during surgery. Yahan asks Yaming to perform an autopsy on He Tai to find out the cause of death, but unbeknownst to him, his girlfriend is actually an accomplice of Liang. Yaming is silenced, and there are arrangements for a hitman to eliminate Yahan. After numerous narrow escapes and hardships, Yahan ultimately brings these criminals to court.
