Mr. Bean (played by Rowan Atkinson) is always lucky in his foolishness. He unexpectedly wins a trip to France in a lottery. Mr. Bean quickly packs his bags to fulfill his dream of making an avant-garde film! Upon arriving in Paris, Mr. Bean meets a Russian jury member from the Cannes Film Festival. With his quirky ideas, Mr. Bean hopes to shoot an avant-garde film about himself, so without considering the consequences, he takes along the lost son of the Russian jury member. The two board a train, pretending to be father and son, but due to the language barrier, they end up causing all sorts of trouble, eventually finding themselves in a predicament. Will Mr. Bean be arrested as a "kidnapper," or will he make it to Cannes and win a prestigious award with his film?
