At 35, the virgin Hikaru (Yuko Shiraki), a recluse and NEET, spends her time sketching Asuka (Ai Mitsumoto), a high school girl vigorously jumping rope on a video-sharing site. After a while, a man in business attire appears in the background, happily eating a milk and jam bun. Hikaru becomes curious about this man, and coupled with her younger sister Misa (Miho Tono) living with her fiancé, she decides to leave home. With nowhere to go, Hikaru heads to the park where Asuka posts her videos and is able to meet her. When she asks about the jam bun man, she learns he returned to Shizuoka to take over his family’s inn. Hearing this, Hikaru stands up and decides to head to Shizuoka, but for some reason, Asuka decides to follow her…
