Tae-moo (played by Jo Sun-mu) is already married, yet he maintains a lover's relationship with Hee-lai (played by Ahn Ji-hye). One day, they plan to go on vacation abroad, but when the agreed date arrives, Tae-moo does not show up and goes silent afterward. A saddened Hee-lai believes that Tae-moo is indicating a breakup in this manner, unaware that he has been imprisoned by his wife, Bok-soon (played by Lee Jin-joo), who forcibly takes him to Muju. Tae-moo also has a younger lover named Soo-ji (played by Woo In-hye), who was once his student, and they crossed ethical boundaries to be together. Tae-moo has always been infatuated with the kind-hearted Soo-ji, and even though she is about to marry, he still fantasizes about being with her. As he oscillates between three women, what kind of ending awaits Tae-moo?
