Wealthy businessman Master Chao made a will at the end of his life, leaving all his inheritance to his daughter Fei Fei (played by Sandra Ng), who is far away in France. The will is kept by Second Master Chao. Master Chao's ungrateful son, Qiu Qian, tries to modify the will by all means, while the Second Master's ungrateful son, Big Silly, also wants to obtain the will for private modifications. One night, Lucky Star (played by Stephen Chow) is caught stealing at the Chao family home by Big Silly, who sees that Lucky Star is skilled in thievery and orders him to help steal the will. Meanwhile, Qiu Qian inadvertently discovers that a garbage picker named Garbage Feng (played by Sandra Ng) looks exactly like his sister Fei Fei, so he orders Garbage Feng to impersonate his sister to deceive Second Master into handing over the inheritance.
On the night when Second Master goes to welcome the fake Fei Fei (Garbage Feng) back from France, Lucky Star, following Big Silly's orders, sneaks into the Chao family mansion to steal the will. However, things go awry and he gets caught by Second Master. In a moment of desperation, Lucky Star lies and claims to be Fei Fei's boyfriend from years ago to try to wriggle out of the situation. Unknowingly, Garbage Feng, fearing that her true identity will be revealed, admits that Lucky Star is her boyfriend. Thus, a comedic battle over the inheritance begins.
