An old scientist in New Zealand invents a prism called "Sirius," which can unlock a person's potential and create incredible superpowers. However, this invention soon attracts the attention of a local gang, who attacks the laboratory and kills the old scientist. In a critical moment, Sirius is taken out of New Zealand by the young man King Kong (played by Simon Yam) who participated in the experiment and the scientist's daughter Sally (played by Natalis Yeung), and they travel to Hong Kong.
