Kuli (played by Kim Basinger) traveled to Africa with her family when she was very young, and the magnificent scenery and grandeur left a deep impression on her young heart, making it hard for her to forget. Decades later, as an adult, Kuli returns to this magical land of Africa with her husband Paul (played by Vincent Perez) and their little son Emmanuel (played by Ian Roberts). The family establishes a farm in Africa with the aim of protecting the endangered wildlife living on this land, which comes with numerous hardships.
