Following the events of the previous film "Casino Royale," Bond (Daniel Craig) is fueled by rage due to the betrayal of his lover Vesper. He must keep his personal feelings in check during his latest mission to avoid turning it into a personal vendetta. Through an interrogation of Mr. White (Jesper Christensen) by M (Judi Dench), Bond learns that Vesper was blackmailed by an unimaginable criminal organization. To uncover the truth about this organization, Bond follows the clues he has, ultimately targeting a businessman named Greene (Mathieu Amalric). After extensive investigation, he discovers the organization's shocking plot to control the world's natural resources. Constantly facing the threat of betrayal, murder, and deception, Bond strikes back... ultimately succeeding in thwarting this grand scheme.
