During the Republic of China, the master thief Duo Zhi Shou (played by Shi Tian) roamed the world, his stealing skills unmatched. Even more rare is that Duo Zhi Shou is a chivalrous thief, dedicated to robbing the rich to help the poor and doing good deeds. He has also adopted seven homeless orphans, creating a happy sanctuary with them. He dreams of saving enough money to open an orphanage. The bald police officer Bao Da Bi (played by Mai Jia) offended the father-in-law of the new chief (played by Wu Ma) and is punished to capture Duo Zhi Shou. The two engage in a thrilling back-and-forth, during which Bao Da Bi gradually becomes moved by Duo Zhi Shou's righteous spirit and is reluctant to arrest him. Meanwhile, Duo Zhi Shou also does not want to make things difficult for Bao Da Bi and willingly surrenders. This leaves the seven children of the sanctuary in a panic...
