Inspector Hua Zhang Tiezhu (played by Li Xiuxian) has fought for over a decade to achieve his position as an inspector. He is a man who despises evil and does not flatter others, often clashing with the new inspector, Lord Luo Sir. After working hard to solve cases, he finds himself being challenged by Luo. On the other hand, the ruthless criminal "The Judge" (played by Cheng Kuian) and his gang are planning a major operation by purchasing guns.
