Unlucky Billy (played by Vincent Gallo) has spent 5 years in prison for someone else's crime, and today he is released. However, his bad luck doesn't seem to have ended; as soon as he is out, he desperately needs to use the restroom, but the toilets are either under repair or he is refused entry; even when he tries to sneak behind a car to relieve himself, the car drives away immediately. Billy's relationship with his parents is not good, but he has always wanted to repair it. Even while in prison, he goes to great lengths to hide the truth from his family, telling them that he has been successful in his endeavors for the past 5 years and promising to bring home a girlfriend. To fulfill that promise, he "kidnaps" a girl named Layla to be his girlfriend. However, when Billy brings Layla home, things do not go as smoothly as he had hoped.
