Hu Tingting (played by Lin Cui) and Binbin (played by Ye Feng) are sisters with vastly different personalities; Hu Tingting is reserved and serious, while Binbin is playful and mischievous. When they are together, they make a striking couple. Hu Tingting has remained unmarried due to her high ambitions, which frustrates their mother, Chen Jingfang. In an effort to find a suitable match for her daughter, Chen Jingfang forces the whole family to attend a birthday party hosted by a wealthy friend. At the party, the sisters encounter the wealthy young man Jin Quelie and the charming Xiao Jin from the car dealership.
