Benson (Damon Wayans) was once a member of the U.S. Marine Corps Special Forces, having gone through inhumane training and brutal war times. In the military, Benson was a notorious cold-blooded killing machine. However, after the war, with no place for his skills, he ends up at a military academy for boys, becoming a trainer there. What Benson has to face is a group of pampered and privileged young boys whose weakness and immaturity infuriate him. He decides to apply the techniques he learned in the Special Forces to train these unqualified youngsters. However, Emily's appearance disrupts Benson's plans; this troublesome woman becomes the only obstacle for Benson in the academy.
