In the suburbs of London in 1977, three boys obsessed with punk music spend their days wandering the streets and acting cool. One day, they learn that the local punk spiritual leader is throwing a party, and the youthful boys decide to crash it to impress girls, only to accidentally stumble into an alien party. Instead of flirting with girls, they fall head over heels for an alien girl. To showcase the love of Earthlings, a 48-hour Earth punk experience journey begins! This film is based on the short story of the same name by fantasy novelist Neil Gaiman, directed by John Cameron Mitchell, who once took the music scene by storm with "Hedwig and the Angry Inch." He cleverly combines the comedic elements of nerdy boys trying to impress girls with aliens showing up, adding punk music and rebellious spirit. Nicole Kidman transforms into a punk goddess with silver hair and an explosive style, shouting and roaring that rock is not dead; Elle Fanning, who plays the alien girl, shifts from being sweet and innocent to a sexy, smoky punk girl, and alongside potential newcomer Alex Sharp, they weave a bizarrely romantic tale in a psychedelic and eccentric visual style.
