On April 26, 1986, in the town of Pripyat, just a few kilometers from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. In this bright spring, Anya and Peter are having a wedding, little Valery has planted an apple tree with his father Alexey, a nuclear power plant engineer, and forest ranger Nikolai is patrolling the forest as usual...
