The story revolves around the protagonist, Aro, who is believed to be cursed since birth and faces various forms of exclusion after migrating with his family to a temporary village. With the help of his friend Kia and her uncle, he fights against fate and ultimately wins the annual Rocket Festival competition through his intelligence and courage, proving he is a normal person and gaining the acceptance of the villagers. The film offers a unique perspective, and director Kim Mordaunt is one of the representatives of the new generation of filmmakers in the world cinema, having received a nomination for Best First Feature at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival and at the 18th Busan International Film Festival for the Future Image Award. Silvia Whelan serves as the producer, with many of her works showcased at various international film festivals.
