The story takes place in the picturesque Beilang Bay, where Sharon (played by Zhou Xiu Na) and Rachel (played by Fu Ying) were born and raised. Under the gifts of sunshine and sandy beaches, beach volleyball has become their greatest passion. By chance, Sharon meets a man named Tim (played by Luo Zhong Qian), who is the son of a local wealthy man. This wealthy man plans to acquire Beilang Bay and develop it into a tourist resort, causing dissatisfaction among the villagers. Eventually, both sides decide to settle the matter with a game of beach volleyball. Thus, Sharon and Rachel begin rigorous training, while the wealthy man sends out Natalie and Natasha, with both teams being evenly matched. What Sharon didn't expect was that just before the finals, she injured her junior, and on top of that, a recurrence of an old ailment worsens the situation. Will Sharon ultimately be able to achieve victory and save Beilang Bay?
