Senior Commissioner Yung Da-gong has just completed his visit to Hong Kong and is about to leave. However, at the airport, an assassin suddenly appears to attack Yung. Yung is hit by three bullets and is in critical condition. Inspector Cheung Chi-chung (played by Lau Tak Wah) arrests the female assassin who falls while trying to escape. The case is then handed over to Chief Inspector Yiu Tin-ming (played by Fang Zhongxin).
