Cuban refugee Tony (played by Al Pacino) escapes to Miami, America, and becomes a typical fearless street thug. Tony works under a local drug lord and, due to his ruthless nature and boldness, quickly earns recognition by assisting his boss in completing several tasks with outstanding performance, becoming the drug lord's most trusted aide.
