In a residential area known as Black Lily, the old facilities and scarlet flowers exude an aura of death. Beautiful girl Asuka Ninomiya (played by Atsuko Maeda) moves here with her parents and younger brother. However, she feels little joy, as the incessant sound of an alarm and strange noises from the room of her neighbor, the elderly Shinozaki (played by Masaya Takahashi), bring her discomfort. On the third day, Asuka unexpectedly discovers that Shinozaki has been dead for several days, and the tragic scene, along with the failure to notice the situation in time, puts immense pressure on this kind-hearted girl. Through this incident, she meets the young relic cleaner, Shinobu Sahara (played by Hiroki Narimiya). A series of strange events forces her to rely on Sahara. The lingering horror that has hovered over the community for years slowly descends upon Asuka…
