Detective Wu Yingxiong (played by Zhao Youting) becomes a star in the police force after saving a passenger plane, starring in various police promotional videos with great success. One day, Hong Kong City faces an unexpected crisis as high-speed trains and cross-sea bridges experience a series of bombings. During the pursuit of the suspects, Wu Yingxiong teams up with Detective Chen Zhen (played by Lin Gengxin) from the Eastern District Criminal Investigation Unit and reunites with Xu Dafu (played by Huang Bo), a wanted criminal forced to become a human bomb.
