The protagonist Sam (Chris Carmack) has a heavy past; a fire left his family shattered, and his sister Jenny (Rachel Miner) perished in the flames due to his mistake. As an adult, Sam accidentally discovers he possesses the superpower to time travel. He uses his ability to return to the scene of the fire, managing to save Jenny, but his parents, who were supposed to escape, die in the blaze. After altering the past, Sam and Jenny depend on each other, and Sam makes a girlfriend, Rebecca (Mia Serafino). However, tragedy strikes again when Rebecca is murdered, and Sam's friend Lonnie (Richard Thorne) is arrested and convicted as the prime suspect. Rebecca's sister Elizabeth (Sarah Habel) suspects foul play and asks Sam to travel back to the day Rebecca was killed to discover the real murderer. Each time travel distorts the timeline; those who should be dead are alive, while the innocent are burdened with guilt. The only constant is that all the women close to him meet a tragic end. As the truth becomes clearer, an unexpected figure appears in a timeline that does not belong to him.
