Li Zexing (played by Stephen Chow), a wealthy heir from Hong Kong attending college in Hawaii, fails in his studies and spends lavishly, becoming a campus bully. Ultimately, he is targeted by the mafia after having an affair with the gang leader's mistress, and his body is blown to pieces. At the request of Li Zexing’s father (played by Ng Man Tat), the professor (played by Peter Chan) reconstructs Li Zexing with artificial parts and implants a newly developed invincible chip into his body, transforming him into the mighty "Invincible Super Transform." Upon learning of Li Zexing's revival, the gang leader orders the implantation of a war program chip into his underlings, turning them into "Armored Dragon" to hunt down Li Zexing.
