On the occasion of the 50th birthday of Minister of Personnel Li Tingfu (played by Qian Miaohua), friends from all directions come to celebrate. Among them, the son of a friend, Wang Yulin (played by Chen Shaochun), is remarkable in appearance and exceptionally talented.
