Dai Shi Miao (played by Ke Jiayan) is an exchange student from Japan studying in Taiwan, who is inspired by the enthusiastic and lively Xiao Ai (played by Zhang Rongrong) to become friends. Miao Miao is searching for her grandmother's first love cake shop, only to find it has turned into a second-hand CD store, run by a young man who always wears headphones and doesn’t communicate with others. Unknowingly, Miao Miao is attracted to him, and the carefree Xiao Ai devises clever ideas to help Miao Miao learn his name and phone number. This young man, named Chen Fei (played by Fan Zhiwei), is a mystery from the past, and Miao Miao is determined to step into his world, while Xiao Ai suddenly feels a sense of loss. As Chen Fei's story comes to light, both girls experience heartbreak. Loving someone but unable to voice it leaves an indescribable mark during youth. When Xiao Ai's 18th birthday arrives and everyone goes to the beach to celebrate, although the heart aches, there is still much to look forward to in the future.
