Ya Biao and Da Dou live a tumultuous brotherly life on Bo Lan Street. Biao, originally a stableman in a villa, is known as the Boss of Bo Lan Street, but after sustaining a head injury during a fight, he becomes a fool. Additionally, the loyal Ya Qiong, overly greedy, gambles with a crime lord, which leads to a complete disaster. Her friend Qu Qi helps Ya escape, and they narrowly avoid being caught by Ji Ge thanks to Da Dou. Unfortunately, their good fortune doesn't last, as Ya is ultimately kidnapped, and Biao gets injured while rescuing her. Da Dou takes revenge for Biao, biting off one of Ji's ears and ending up in prison. As Biao recovers under Ya's careful care, he bets heavily on Da Dou's release, and honors him with the title of the Second Young Master of Bo Lan Street. Ji, feeling resentful, is determined to take revenge.
