Chocolate (played by Eric Tsang) considers himself exceptionally skilled, but after many years in the police force, he has only risen to the position of an aide, idly spending time at the station with his cowardly assistant Egg Tart (played by Hung Wai). One day, his boss's daughter, Jiao Jiao (played by Anita Mui), a new recruit, arrives and is assigned to work under Chocolate.
