After the Saint of Gamblers retired, the gambling world became lively again, with various skilled players vying for the title of king of gambling. The World Gambling King Competition is about to kick off, and to keep a low profile, Macau's gambling king Lei Tai (played by Lam Kwok Bun) plans to create another masked saint to divert people's attention. On the other hand, since the Saint of Gamblers went into hiding, Uncle Sam (played by Ng Meng Tat) has been struggling and decides to go to Tian Shen Village in search of a successor to the Saint of Gamblers. Uncle Sam discovers that the villager Ah Ge (played by Eric Kot) has special powers and believes he is the rightful heir, thus taking him to wander the world. In the casino, they encounter Thai gambling queen Hou Ji (played by Peng Dan) and learn she is preparing to assassinate young Yuan Fen (played by Chiu Shuk Ching) and her brother Xiao Long (played by Shih Hsiao-Long). Ah Ge falls in love at first sight with Yuan Fen, so he teams up with Uncle Sam to confront Hou Ji and save Yuan Fen. It turns out Yuan Fen is Lei Tai's girlfriend, and she later takes Ah Ge and the others to meet Lei Tai. Lei Tai believes that Ah Ge is the right candidate to be the masked saint. The Gambling King Competition finally begins!
